Documents to have ready
Bring what is to hand. A complete set is not required before the first meeting.
- The contract, including any letter of award and supplements.
- Payment claims already served, and any responses.
- Certificates, valuations, and the final account, where one has been prepared.
- Correspondence about the unpaid sum.
- The work programme, where time or liquidated damages is in issue.
