Consultancy fees for adjudication

A standard fee, from RM4,000, covers the payment claim and representation through to the decision. Where cash flow has already failed, a reduced fee may be agreed. These figures are published limits. They are not a quotation for a particular claim.

    A reduced fee for a contractor whose cash flow has already failed. The scope of the work does not change. No reduced amount is published here.

  • Enforcement

    RM10,000

    Enforcement is a separate instruction. Where we conducted the adjudication, that stage may be subsidised by up to this sum. The extent is confirmed before those instructions are accepted.

Before the consultation

The online consultation is free of charge. Bring what is to hand. A complete set is not required before the first meeting.

  • The contract, including any letter of award.
  • Unpaid claims or certificates.
  • The sum said to be outstanding.
