A briefing is taken before drafting begins. The will is prepared for the client’s assets and beneficiaries, in a form intended to be capable of implementation and less exposed to challenge.
- A will prepared without you having to attend the office.
- Review and amendment of a will you already have.
- Custody of the will, if you want it kept with us.
- Appointment of an executor. If you appoint us, we work with legal practitioners so that your beneficiaries receive what you set out.
