During the tenancy

- Rent reduction in the circumstances the agreement allows.
Expiry
- Review, amendment and renewal.
- A tenant’s notice requesting the return of the deposit.
- A landlord’s notice of back-charges after the end-of-tenancy inspection.
- Negotiation where the two sides are already in dispute.
